24,000 square feet of operating floor: industrial washers, tunnel
finishers, flatwork iron, garment lines, sorting, QC, and dock space
for local trucks and national freight. Six days a week, five shifts.
For fabric finishing, our practical floor is a single batch — roughly 500 yards depending on fabric weight and process. Most production accounts run 1,000–10,000 yards per program. For hospitality linen, we set per-account minimums during onboarding based on your route schedule and volume. We're happy to run small samples ahead of any production commitment.
02What's your standard turnaround?
Boutique hotel, spa, gym, and F&B linen on standing routes is next-day or 48-hour, depending on the contract. Overnight turnaround is available for hotel and spa accounts — pickup after 5 PM, returned before 7 AM. Fabric finishing typically runs 48–72 hours from intake. Rush windows down to 24 hours are available for established accounts and priced as expedite work.
03Do you offer a free trial batch for hospitality?
Yes. New boutique hotel, spa, and gym prospects can request a free trial batch up to 100 lbs — picked up the same day, washed with our Premium Linen program (Lemon Wash™ optical brightening + Stay Fresh™ antimicrobial finish), and returned before opening. No contract or commitment required. Available within our standing LA routes; request via the form or call ops at (213) 746-6111.
04Do you do pickup and delivery?
Yes. We run our own truck routes across greater LA five days a week, with standing pickup windows for hospitality contracts. For production work outside our routes, we use bonded LTL freight and can integrate with your inbound logistics if needed.
05How is hospitality pricing structured?
Hospitality linen is per-pound with volume tiers: Standard $1.30 / $1.10 / $0.95 per lb (Small / Medium / Volume) and Premium (Lemon Wash™ + Stay Fresh™ included) $1.65 / $1.45 / $1.30 per lb. Restaurant napery is also available per-piece ($0.20 / napkin) or per-pound. Pickup and delivery are included on accounts ≥ 100 lbs / week. Fabric finishing is priced per piece against recipe complexity. Every program is quoted in writing — no hidden surcharges, no fuel pop-ups.
06How does sampling work for new programs?
For fabric finishing, we start with a sample run — typically 30–50 yards — to dial chemistry, time, and temperature against your spec. You sign off on a hand-feel, shrinkage, and color benchmark, we lock the recipe to your account, and every subsequent production run reproduces against that sealed reference. 07Are you certified or compliance-aligned?
Yes. We operate to EPA wastewater standards under our LA City discharge permit, and our garment program is WRAP-aligned for fair-labor and chemical-safety practices. Documentation and audit support are available for accounts that need it for downstream certifications.
